We have been using ABC Pest Control for the last 6 years. Very reliable and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Worst service. I am giving this review after 3 follow-up emails and yet no response. First email sent on 18/10/2022. Also, I noticed there are responses to reviews with 5 stars but no response to dissatisfied customers. I was assured that the service comes with a warranty and if any issue I can contact you guys but there has been no response what so ever.

After three treatments (totalling $750) which did not resolve the problem, we cannot get the company to return our phone calls. Before booking with ABC, Warren told us that there was a warranty and that he would “keep coming back until the pests were gone.” When my husband queried what exactly would happen if pests remained after the warranty kicked in (supposedly after 2 treatments), he said again that he would “keep coming back, or refund. However in 20 years I’ve never had to refund.” Well, now we know why. Once the warranty kicked in, he went dark, refused to speak to us on the phone or return our calls. It is also noteworthy that he stood us up on one of the three visits, without a courtesy call. We just waited and waited, calling him multiple times. When he finally answered the phone (2 hours after he was due to arrive) he blamed car trouble. Car trouble does not stop you from answering the phone or having the courtesy to call and cancel.

We have used ABC Pest Services and were really happy with their service. They are responsive, prompt and professional. Would definitely use again.
