I would highly recommend Steve from A1 Adelaide Concrete. He is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Nothing is too hard for him and he went out of his way to get our job done right and looking fantastic. We will definitely use him again.

We had a great experience with this group. They turned up on time, constantly recommending to our original design. We were renovating our 22 year old pool and decided to go for cantilevered concrete. Best decision we made. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

I have tried multiple times over the past three weeks to get someone from this company to come out and do a quote for us for our patio area. Not one person has bothered to get back to me. Now they are not taking my calls at all. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have used Steve at A1 Adelaide Concrete a few times for paths, driveway extension and a bathroom slab. He has been knowledgeable each time that I have used him and he has helped me make cost effective and sound decisions with home renovating. He was good at working out what needed to be done. I will use him again :)

I left an email on A1 Concretes website and had a quote within 24hours. We agreed to the price which was very reasonable and by Monday Steve was prepping the site. He was fast, efficient, polite and did exactly as we asked, he understood our job requirements and did not try to up sell us on anything more. Highly recommend A1 Concrete for your job.

We were initially happy with the works done (1 x retaining wall, 2 x slabs). We remain happy with the 2 slabs but the retaining wall developed cracks shortly after the job was completed, one of which became quite large. An independent structural engineer advised that control joints should have been included in the structure from the start, and these had to be retro-fitted, requiring saw cuts in the wall in two places. Unfortunately we were dissatisfied with the way the wall looked afterwards, including lack of attention to detail in the polished finish. We decided to source another tradie to get the wall looking how we wanted it to look all along.All in all, we had mixed experiences with this whole process, and given the cost was around $17,000 we expected a more professional service and finished product.

Absolutely awesome. Gave us a great understanding of what would look better, and also function better, and it came out looking incredible. Would definitely use Steve again. The follow up service for sealing was brilliant, and we were so happy with his knowledge, as well as his kind and professional attitude. Massive attention to detail. Thanks Steve.

We are very happy with the work done by Steve at A1 Concrete. Ours was a long country driveway. Site preparation was carefully done, and the final result was very good. The team working with Steve were each very competent in their own right and worked hard to get the job done.

Being the son of a builder, but not confident in exposed concrete, we engaged Steve to lay a floor under our Bali hut. I could not be more impressed with his attention to detail, care building around an existing deck and the final outcome. The industry at the moment is overwhelmed with work, with basically no one else returning calls or being bothered providing a quote with a small and awkward project. You call tell a lot about the integrity of person on how they behave when times are either very good or very bad. I wont allow any friends or family to use anyone but Steve in the future. Don't waste time with other quotes.
