Although an appointment was made for him to come and give a quote and I stayed home all afternoon waiting for him, he did call later in the day and apologise. So he came the next day to do a quote and was successful. He completed the job and did excellent work, and was friendly and professional.

I had a blocked drain that needed investigating. Nathan responded to my email the same day and organised a visit the next day to clear the drain. I am glad he was onsite as promised at the agreed time and able to get the drain flowing again. He was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and what options I had with regard to ongoing maintenance. Mathews Plumbing and Gas
Started a job on our kitchen sink plumbing. Couldn't finish it off at the time because he needed a different part. Said he'd be back in several days. Didn't hear from him for 6 weeks! Contacted us 6 weeks later to book a time to finish the job with apologies for the delay. Not having the common courtesy to even ring or text us with an update in that 6 weeks. He just disappeared. No communication at all. No way to run a business! Safe to say we won't be using him again.
