My daughter had a sprained ankle and we saw Kate. She treated my daughter with kindness, understanding and reassurance. Her explanation of the injury, treatment and prescribed home program was very practical for a 10 year old active girl. The treatment and gym space is very welcoming. Would highly recommend this practice. Thanks again Kate.

After a knee injury 10 years prior I thought my running days were over. Michael was amazing, his expertise and programs now have me back into running for the first time in a decade. Highly recommend.
