My cat is a little bit of a scaredy cat but she is so comfortable here, which is comforting as a pet owner .. It is clean, warm and cats have exposure to natural light .. It is linked to a vet and they feed and play with the cat .. Customwr service is great and I trust these girls

First experience with cat boarding at the cat pad was excellent. The place is very neat, clean and quiet for cats. The staffs are very friendly, professional and well experienced! They know cats inside out. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a cat boarding. Your cat(s) will be in good hands. I would give 6 stars if I can.

The staff here are very friendly and usually they respond to your query really fast. I had to board my cat here for almost 2 1/2 months and they took care of my cat. Highly recommend this place.

Left my cat with the Cat Pad for the weekend. They were very helpful, and easy to book with.The boarding facilities are clean and well looked after as well as the staff are all trained in animal care.Felt very confident leaving my cat with them (as it was her first time boarding) and she doesn’t seem too annoyed with me after bringing her homeWould definitely book with the Cat Pad again

I've boarded my cat Tofu here 3 times in the last year and will continue to do so. I feel assured knowing that they are associated with The Cat Clinic and veterinary care is two doors down.The staff are obvious cat lovers and it shows. At check-in they ask detailed questions about how your cat should be treated and what personal touches will make him/her feel comfortable. No request is too much. They understand that your cat is an individual and has his/her own special needs.
