Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island

So grateful to have such a great store on our doorstep. Went in yesterday and despite how busy they were I was provided advice on skincare and served and out the store in 5 mins . Great knowledge in the team and great customer service.

Priceline pharmacy are excellent. The staff are kind and compassionate and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and committed to providing the best professional service that they can. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff are polite but the pharmacist's are extremely rude. They will ignore customers, when you ask to speak to them for advice they refuse to come to the counter, having to relay information thru a staff member is a pain. Even when they aren't busy the pharmacist refuse to come and talk to customers to give advice. Would never recommend to anyone.

Can I give a minus 5?What a joke, was told it would be a 15 Min wait for a script, 45 minutes later they called me and give me a different brand of medication, when I told them I wanted the brand I had before, I was told i would have to come back tomorrow or the next day. So I asked them to cancel the order, and I would get it elsewhere. Went to another chemist, and was told that this idiot had marked my script as dispensed. So they couldn't fill the script. So it showed I had had the original script, and 5 repeats a in a month.Like I said, can I give a minus 5?

The pharmacy is generally busy though the staff are quick and efficient the prices are reasonable and it is easy to get a park it is also at the front of the shopping centre so it is easy to find and access. They have a large range of items.

Absolutely the worst Priceline I’ve ever had to endure. They are rude, slow and don’t give a rats. Put a prescription in today, no one in front of me and no one else in the store. Told it would be 20 mins, no problem. Go do my shopping. More than 30 mins later go back to be told ‘ it’s not quite ready’ and have a flashing alert thing thrust at me. Standing there watching the 2 pharmacists chat. Not working while they chat and it was not a work conversation. 10 mins later ask again. Another staff member goes looking for my script and finds it in the ‘ haven’t even started’ basket!!!! I demand it back. She says I’ll get it done now but it’s too late for that!! I understand when they are busy, I’ve waited in the queue for 15 mins to get served but there was literally no one else in there! They assume you can’t go anywhere else as they are the only chemist in the centre but I’d rather walk to Welsby pde than use these clowns again

The rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Feels like an interrogation everytime you go in there. It's over the top ridiculous for something simple like pain relief or teething gel. The staff obviously hate their job and take it out on the customers. I understand now why everyone told me to go to a different chemist when I moved here. I will be doing that from now on and I will tell anyone that will listen to go to a different pharmacy for better service and manners. The lady with the glasses has an appalling attitude, the way she speaks to people gives off the impression we're all stupid and she's superior because she's a pharmacy assistant specialising in customer service, she lacks the skill set to deal with the public.

Absolutely worst Priceline I’ve been too. If this is the way those who live here and their family are treated god help it when it is in peak busy season. There isn’t enough staff on the floor, those that are working aren’t interested in helping and are instead hiding behind counters, where they are supposed to be serving customers but are instead openly ignoring them. The poor girl at the front counter is the only person serving everyone in the store.

This would have to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with...i had to order some stuff over the phone today and the Lady was so rude because she had to take an order...only wish that I'd got her name...if she worked anywhere else and spoke to customers that way she'd be firedShame on her...Thank goodness for the other pharmacy's on the Island because that's where I'll be going from now on...
