Rottnest Fast Ferries

We had an awesome time with Rottnest Fast Ferries! The team was super friendly and had helpful recommendations. So great that there is a ferry departing and arriving from/to Hillarys! Definitely gonna recommend, would book again!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ferry crossing was fine but bike hire is shocking. The rubber chain on our rental bike snapped. No spare bikes on island to exchange or no repair service to assist. The staff spent 10 minutes on hold to paddle and flipper (bike hire company on island) to discuss replacement. After they could not get through because it was the busiest time of the day we were advised to organise our own replacement. This took hours out of our day on Rotto and there was zero support or customer service provided. Do not rent bikes from this company.

The fastest way to get to Rottnest and a far better option for those of us North of the river. We caught the 10am trip on a busy Sunday (for the baby quokkas birthday party) and they were already out of their breakfast special banana bread and we bought the last 2 pieces of brownie which the guy chose to tell everyone and left us feeling a little embarrassed. Aside from their lack of food options, particularly for kids (the booze fridge was full) it was an uneventful voyage and we got there and back again quickly without incident and as an added bonus there was whales migrating so the captain pointed out a whale nearby which made our trip extra special.

Always use RFF for our Rotto trips and always great! I think our skipper on the small ferry Monday 19th was on his L" plates- berthing like a New York cabbie touch-parking!!"

Easy to get to Rottness. We got ferry from Hillarys Boat Harbour. Left on time, plenty seating. After we arrived back we had a drink and a meal at Breakwater at Hillarys.There are plenty eateries there. Made for a great day out.

Rotnest Island has definitely become one of my favorite places. This island is perfect in every detail. Not to mention the Quokkas who are extremely cute and friendly. This is a tour where you will be happy going alone, with your boyfriend or friends, with your family, in any way you will be very happy visiting this place. This island made my day!
