I was a tenant with Property North for over 2 years and they are hands down the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. From the viewing all the way through to end of lease, everything was easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property North to landlords and tenants alike.Any time there was a maintenance issue, it was quickly and easily seen to. Negotiations were a breeze and inspections were fuss-free.When the day comes where I have my own property to lease, I will be contacting Property North - I believe they pick the best tenants :)

Property North
They take days to get back to you if they ever get back to you. If you use these guys to sell your house, they won't be trying to get the best offer for you. They just want to close the deal to get there pay out.Edit.I'm not your client. I was looking at a house you were selling. I requested some information at the home open and also via message the next day. No response and the house is under offer now 2 days after the open. Just thought you were meant to work with all potential buys to get the best offer for your client.

As a tenant with Property North I can't be more satisfied with the service.Furthermore they would be the first real estate I would contact to manage my property should I ever become a Landlord again.Excellent communication and timely and that's all one can ask for.As a long time renter for many years with many real estates I would highly recommend to those owners out there.Give them a go , especially if dissatisfied with your current provider.Jason

We are using property north for rental property. The process from start to finish was very well constructed and informative. All we had to do is sign paperwork and help choose preferred tenant from the list of applications and everything else was taken care of. The communication is meticulous. They have a great tool for monthly statement plus at the end of the year they provide yearly statement which is ready for tax purpose.Overall if you choose property north for rental purpose you can put your feet up and relax.

In need of a rental home asap. We viewed a house and fell in love with it. Unfortunately had to leave after 6 mths and find another rental. During our time with Property North they treated us like family. They gave us support and help through a crazy rental drama. Highly recommend them.

We’ve used Property North for the last 5 years after deciding to move away from the big names as our experience had been pretty disappointing, where it can feel like you work for them. Property North has been a breath of fresh air. The main things I think that set them apart are: 1) they embrace technology - which means you get all your info on a reliable and timely basis. 2) competitive on pricing 3) professionalism and proactiveness - I have felt that Teneille and the team are extremely on the ball and will provide solutions rather than problems. I would definitely recommend Property North if you’re in need of property management services
