Star Phones Mt Gravatt

Be careful as I asked for a screen protector for my oppo and they said yes but when I got home it was a generic one which did not fit properly and covered the lens and they charged me a premium price for an oppo one. It works ok but not what I was expecting.

Sad to see I'm not the only one left with a phone that doesn't work properly and a phone shop that doesn't want to take responsibility. Went in there with the intention of getting a new battery after being told by them they will provide genuine battery. I go to collect only to find that it is not. Leave the store 5 minutes later there is liquid coming through under my screen!! 2 screen non genuine replacements later and a speaker that doesn't work I'm left with a phone that randomly turns off and doesn't turn on for hours among just a few problems. 6 visits back and forth and no responsibility taken for their poor actions and lack of knowledge on repairing phones. Needless to say I have a phone now that works on occasion and has been devalued considerably.Don't bother with your time it is the worst experience ever!!!

Very bad experience. Never going back here again. The service was trash and didn’t fix my phone as I wanted too, even made it worse . 0/5
