Overall I was very satisfied with Urathane Solutions. Super easy process, worked around my work schedule and explained the process so well.

Having purchased a property with some significant sinking issues I contacted Urethane Solutions to see what they could do. I'd never heard of the product/solution before. Trent arrived to give me a technical run down and very reasonable quote. The common sense convinced me and I booked them in. The fabulous team arrived early every day with their significant equipment and didn't stop until they reached their target, carefully controlling the lift with multiple lasers, cleaning up as they went and explaining the process all the way. Net result, they fixed what I thought was unfixable and I can now renovate with confidence. After some research regarding foundation remediation we decided to get a proposal from Urethane Solutions to repair the front wall and entrance of our 1920s bungalow. The area where we live is notorious for its very reactive clay sub soils. We were looking for a solution that provided minimal disruption to the surrounds of the exterior of the house, was relatively quick to complete and didn't cost the earth. Urethane's proposal met this criteria. The team that did the work was meticulous in its approach at establishing adequate controls to determine the realignment of the building and completed the actual work of lifting the foundations within two days. Their manner and approach was courteous and informative throughout the work. We are very satisfied with the end result.

A couple of weeks ago the rear third of our house was prevented from making a break for it by the truly professional Urethane Solutions team. The three rooms, dating from the 1920s, 1970s and 1990s were parting company from the rest of the place at an alarming rate. Boss, Mark came out to asess the problem and explained the cause in great detail. After I'd carried out the remedial water diversion measures he'd recommended, he came back and had another look. When the blokes came to do the work, Luke was at pains to explain what was going on every step of the way. The results were spectacular, with one gap I could previously put my hand in almost ceasing to exist. The urethane injection has been a great morale booster, giving us the confidence to carry on with the restoration of those rooms.
