I've just ordered a few items from Boss and Boo. The designs were gorgeous but I was unsure on the sizing. I placed my order and emailed to confirm sizing before dispatch. Danielle has been so helpful and attentive, although I had made a mistake in the sizing she fixed everything for me (without even charging the difference in cost!) and still had the order dispatched within 2 business days. I'll update the review when I receive my harnesses, I'm pretty excited for them!Update: received my order 3 business days after postage. All items (1x strap harness, 1x poop bag holder and 1x chest harness) were there and as specified. Pictures on the website were all accurate, sizing is spot on and quality is great (I'm one of those nut cases that checks stitching on arrival to make sure its going to last before I start using an item.)Super chuffed with some cute as new walking gear!

Everything is always incredible quality and the cutest designs. We love how there seems to be sizing for pups all sizes. Owner is super kind and thoughtful. We love boss and boo.
