Catherine Pritchard is a warm and knowledgeable Naturopath. I've seen a few naturopaths in the past but no one has managed to get me on the mend so quickly - helping me to cope with the stress levels of a busy life along with some insomnia. I feel great: positive and motivated yet calm and relaxed. I definitely recommend her.

I first attended Radiance as part of a Groupon offer to have my blood analysed. At the time I was having a lot of bloating, inflammation and was struggling with managing my weight. I met with Janek and the blood analysis confirmed inflammation so we then discussed what I could do nutritionally and through supplements to reduce inflammation which was inhibiting me from losing weight. I have been working with Janek now for the past 7 months and I have lost over 10KGs but more than that, I am no longer feeling bloated or having swelling overnight in my hands. It has been money well spent and now I have the occasional visit to keep me on track.

I met with Janek in March when I was suffering with chronic hives and fatigue. The outbreaks were frequent so constantly effecting my work and general well-being. Janek really listened to what I was going through, taking notes on what I was eating, my work/life balance, external pressures etc. and got to the core of the issue. Over the months, the outbreaks have dramatically reduced, my energy levels have improved and with a better eating plan, I feel like a new person. I would have no hesitation in recommending Janek!

Catherine changed my life for the better! I initially went to see her for my cystic acne, and to get off of contraceptive pills. She helped balance my hormones and more. My skin is always clear now! Plus, she helped me with my dating and family hardships through the right balance of supplements and spiritual work. She truly has a wonderful gift to help people with the combination of spiritual intuition and her science background. I can't thank you enough! :)

My health improved drastically after a few months with the help of Heidi. I am forever grateful to her as I have a better lifestyle thanks to her. Furthermore, it avoided me in taking heavy medications for the rest of my life. The specialist I am seeing was amazed by the results and advised me to continue what I was doing. I now only see my specialist once a year instead of every three months for follow ups. It has now been approximately 4 years and still going strong! I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
