Very quick and easy. I had an accident where I was not at fault and Eastside provided me a loan vehicle straight away until my car was repaired. Very seamless and easy process and they even gave me a brand new loan car! Michelle and the team were a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended!

Thanks Eastside for making life less stressful from November to January. My car was hit and my car was deemed a ride off. I wasn’t insured. But the at fault person was. Thankfully.Eastside towed my car, checked in and gave me options and explained what’s next. They gave me a loan/hire car till I got paid out and even allowed me to extend the loan car at added cost whilst I looked for another car. They also got rid of my damaged car for me. I was involved in a car accident where it wasn't my fault but the car had to be written off. The claim through my insurance company would only compensate me for under $5k but the same car will be sold on the current market for more than $10k. Thanks to Darren's advise, I withdrew my claim from my insurance company. I can not recommend City Prestige enough!Darren and the lovely ladies in the office were great at reassuring me and calming my nerves after my road incident.They fixed up my car and dealt with the whole legal side of things.Also, they provided a rental car there and then, which meant I was still on the road while my car was being fixed.Communication was great, and I felt that I was able to call them whenever I had any questions or concerns.Thank you to all the staff.

They loaned me a brand new car for the whole duration of the repair which cost me nothing.
