The really understood the concept and what we were hoping to achieve, and we are extremely happy with the finished product. From the outset we were certain we had chosen the right company to work with as our initial strategy meeting with Mitch was incredibly detailed. He drilled down on all the required functionality and covered off all integration possibilities. He also ran through all the what if" scenarios in terms of adding extra functionality in the future and explained each platform option

Beware for Major Projects. Almost cost me my business. Lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in this gamble to use Pivotal Agency.I am glad it went so horribly wrong so quick after migration and the new website was completed, that I had no choice but to find someone else before I had to close my business.Nice people, just not upto standard for major jobs IMO. Way out of their depth for the scope of works I required.They worked to move me from X-Cart to Magento on my site after claiming to be Magento Specialists. There was so many issues it was heartbraking as I had grown this business for 9 years to be one of the largest in our industry and within a few months it was worse than 4-5 years before.We lost 60% of visitors in the height of season and lost 60-80% of sales due to poor workmanship by Pivotal Agency. The site was the worst it had ever been. Google Analytics was not even switched on for the launch for months.Shocking quality of work and control from the top.I since moved to a new Developer in December 2019 and within 1 month they fixed some major issues from Pivotal, the site was more stable and it felt positive. We were doing better in January than any month since the launch in August. Now 11 months on i am setting record numbers again from the hard work my new developer has done to fix the site and not to mention the great work to improve it. Such a relief. I was not going to post this but feel that there is alot of people in a similar position looking for local Australian Companies to trust with their online stores and just had to share my experience.
