We arranged to get some power to an on-site shed following the damage from cyclone Debbie. Rick managed to cut through a sewer main leaving our tenants with raw sewerage for a couple of weeks - then lost our keys. The cost of new keys and the way this job was handled will leave us not using Rick again - we manage several properties in Bowen and the response from Rick was disappointing and lacked accountability blaming others for his shortcomings.
