Stock levels are a little low, but the staff were extremely professional. Unfortunately we needed to make another visit to another store with more stock. Ring ahead if you know what you want!

Excellent experience in swapping a pair of boots that were bought as a gift but were the wrong size. Rio was the helpful young man who made everything easy and Ria (I hope that was her name) working alongside him also very friendly and helpful. Great teamwork on Saturday 22nd Jan 23.

I am an RMs person through and through, Sean, I first meet almost 20years ago, and I have followed him for store to store. He is an absolute credit to the brand and the company should be proud to have someone like him representing them. Over the years I have purchased numerous pairs, when my youngest son said he wanted a pair, we took the 2 hour drive ( passing other RM stores) as Sean throughly understands the boots, and I trust him whole heartedly. Thanks Sean for the service over the years.

I went there today with my partner to buy two pairs of shoes and the woman who was working there treated us in a very rude way. The customer service at highpoint store is the worst ever. We ended up not getting the shoes and I just got a vest because I really needed it. We are disappointed.

I wish every business has a customer service like this store has. I went there a couple of times and have been treated with such patience even after trying multiple different sizes. The staff is extremely professional and very helpful who sized me better than the Chadstone branch and worked with me until I was able find the right fit. Big shout out to Charel - she's a legend.
