Have been through a few times since first opening. First group of staff were friendly and helpful but mainly SMILED. There are some great staff now but some can border on being rude. The last time I went through a man was allowed to drive past the queue of cars to the second door and received service almost right away. Had also taken a big quantity of cans etc. But received less than my time before with with less stuff.

My first experience was fantastic. The young lady was so professional and I received 30 plus dollars back.My second and last visit I arrived with the same amount of cans and bottles. The container was the same with it being full to the top. The attendant counted the returns then took a long time to process the payment. I walked away with half of what I received from my first visit.The proceeds from these transactions go straight to my children. They are 9 and 6.I will not be going back.

Sat in the line for 1hr and5 mins on a week day!! to be told the money machine not working.Was great when it first opened but is just getting slower and slower.Staff are not very fast or cheerful either.

Happy, helpful staff. The process from start to finish is so convenient. Kids love the extra pocket money and the opportunity to learn how to recycle.

First time there. Bit of a line up of cars, but once in, it was good service by the young fellas and I was sorted and on my way. Easy money.

I get money from my empty cans. What is there not to like about this? The guys working there are under a lot of pressure to get the job done and I'm sure they have a count limit per day or hour and are expected to work in pretty horrible conditions in the heat and cold. Respect to the team. I give their commitment 5 cans out of 5 cans.
