Calxa is such an easy to use and comprehensive reporting tool. I particularly love how easy it is to create your own KPI's and link these into a monthly bundle. Very happy with all of the reporting features and am excited to see the new developments this year!

Calxa is a one-of-a-kind product: the only one (to our knowledge) which is able to deal with tracking codes of Xero (e.g. projects), which is an absolute deal-maker/-breaker!And the team has been very helpful and responsive in tailoring a solution that meets our set-up and needs.

What amazing software to help with consolidated accounts. From a corporate governance and transparency perspective, to be able to run a report that pulls data direct from the data source so that my board does not have to rely on excel spreadsheets provides them with a great of confidence.

Being a novice at this type of thing the Calxa Team of Mick and Jo have really helped me get my Forecasting up to speed. Their patience in working through the speed bumps along the way and time spent on creating a program that would work for me even though I didn't have on of the regular programs to import from, Mick created a system that made my life so much easier. Thank you for everything guys. Further to this after encountering a problem in my systems Shem was able to investigate and solve the problem, once again with patience and purpose. These guys are amazing, I really feel like I am in good hands with their system and back up support.

Calxa is a great tool and very flexible for medium to large businesses. It is easy to prepare and tailor reports, consolidate different entity groups and upload budgets for entities, tracking categories or group - management and bank.

Calxa is a surprisingly powerful budgeting and reporting tool. It gives the board of Eastern Riverina Arts clear insights into our financial activity. I haven't yet tried the KPI measurement feature but plan to - very valuable!
