Have put my kids into kickboxing and have had such a great experience with all the staff at ICC. Highly recommend.

Relatively new gym, super clean and very high standard. Aaron and team are very patient, encouraging and technical instructors, if you're one of those people that are interested in starting martial arts for either fitness or self defence but are too anxious to take that step and join a gym, this gym is THE GYM to join and start working on becoming a better you, Aaron is the perfect teacher. On the flipside, this is also a top tier competition gym as your higher belt team mates are all at a very high athletic standard. They have beginners classes and advance classes that are excellent for all walks of life, whatever level you're at. If your looking for that sign to start martial arts. This is the signal and Aaron is your Messiah.

I've attended ICC in Canterbury for a few months now. It's an excellent facility with great people and exceptional staff. It's a very welcoming and friendly place for people of all skill level and fitness needs. If you're thinking of giving kick boxing a try, then this is the place to do it!

A very welcoming place for someone like me with zero experience in boxing or jujitsu. Just one class will have you burning more calories than an hour on the treadmill. Highly recommend for all types of fitness levels. Each class tailored to suit your fitness goals. Staff are super friendly. No egos here

My son has recently started at this centre a few weeks back. The staff are really attentive and great at working with and engaging young kids. It’s something we look forward to each week and a welcoming environment.

Easily one of the best martial arts gyms in Sydney. Great instructors and quality training; you will have to earn your stripes and belts at this place. Class sizes are comfortable, which means training and feedback are quite personalised - none of that big gym experience of being another face getting swept away in the crowd.

Both KB and BJJ classes are really interesting and fun! Always finish the class with a refreshed mind!

ICC is amazing. I highly recommend to anyone that's thinking of joining. They have a great Team and the environment is so friendly and clean. Their instructors are very professional and thorough. Great place overall. Kids will love it.

Have been doing a trial of the kickboxing fitness classes. Super friendly and welcoming environment for beginners. Lovely staff/trainers, good music and a great class structure! Have left feeling super accomplished and had lots of fun. Love it!
