bytherules Conveyancing - Team Susie

We had a very poor experience with bytherules and Susie's team. I am unable to express the specifics as much as I'd like to because during our discussions I expressed these points and was advised by Susie that if I was to publicly speak of these, I could be sued for deformation. But I am entitled to give me opinion without the specifics. It was a very poor and unprofessional service we received that resulted in delayed settlement, overcharging and unwillingness to recognise their faults. I'd recommend against using them.

Susie and her team have worked tirelessly, professionally, and effectively managing the sale process for many of my clients. I can recommend Susie and her team to anyone who is buying or selling real estate. Their level of communication is superb!

As a first home buyer, using bytherules was disappointing. We had 3 conveyancers liaise with us throughout the process. One of the conveyancers gave us wrong advice which would have jeopardised our stamp duty concession. When I asked any questions to this particular conveyancer, it felt like it was a hassle to help and answer basic questions. It's not a very confident feeling when you cannot go to your own conveyancer (especially a first home buyer) for advice.I have only left two stars, one because we did end up settling on the property successfully and the other star for Jess (one of the conveyancers we dealt with) was really nice and helpful.
