Bodhi Align Pilates
Luisa is an amazing Pilates teacher. She’s knowledgeable, supportive and gives great direction throughout the class. I’ve always had great results during times I’ve attended classes. You definitely get a great workout in a very controlled way in not to cause injury. Would highly recommend Luisa!

Absolutely amazing!! I love Luisa and I love my private sessions at this studio , Luisa is so experienced and I leave on a high after every single session with her. Reformer pilates is the best, you get all the toning power and sweats from this amazing exercise, it literally changes your body, eve after just one session. HIGHLY recommend this studio and instructor

The workouts Luisa offers at Bodhi Align Pilates are everything you need. She ensures the whole body is included, and gives posture reminders throughout to allows for the correct body shape in each exercise. Luisa guides you through your workouts with a calm, relaxed manner, offering modifications to exercises to choose the options that best suit you. Overall a very professionally run operation.

Luisa is a fantastic instructor who conducts herself professionally. She has alot of knowledge and experience which is very comforting as beginner to this type of workout. The workouts are effective in achieving results. Her studio is beautiful . I've been to both private and group classes and I highly recommended either of the 2 options. I really look forward to my sessions at Bodhi Align Pilates.

Gentle, relaxing and challenging all rolled into one amazing studio. Luisa individual attends to each client even in group class of no more than 4 people in her beautiful studio. Highly recommended

My favourite type of workout is a reformer session with this amazing studio. Luisa is such an experienced and knowledgeable instructor and I feel so confident with her and how she can help me become more toned and fit. I look forward to my workouts now that I have found her, and this studio, it's a MUST try. Love it

Luisa is the most incredible Pilates instructor. She is patient and warm and really helps you to achieve exactly what you are after. Her studio is absolutely stunning and a peaceful place to enter. I would highly recommend Luisa and Bodhi Align Pilates to absolutely anyone!

Luisa is absolutely brilliant! Her studio is just wonderful and she offers one on one sessions as well as classes. I could tell that she was an expert in her field after the first five minutes and after only one session my body was feeling long, strong & lean. Highly recommend!
