Staff are very snobby and unhelpful towards the younger generation. My partner and I have been in multiple times and the staff will rush over to serve middle aged women who had just walked into store rather than serve younger people who had been patiently waiting for a sales person to help with our purchases. Online is a much better experience than in store, sales people need to understand that even the younger generation are willing to spend hundreds at your store.

Lovely staff! A phone call to check their stock on Jersey sheets and everything I needed was put away immediately for me to pick up. Too easy and the sheets look great and are so comfy

I muddled around for over an hour trying to find matching towels and pillow cases. 3 staff members in store. Only 1 other customer. Not once did a member of staff lift their head to help. I ended up spending nearly $500 but no thanks to them. Very disappointing .

I had the most amazing experience with Claudia and I forgot his name was a lovely young man. My umbrella broke and stitching came out I originally paid $100 down from $250 I planned to get a replacement or something similar the stock however he gave me an extra 50% off because of the issue. I loved this umbrella especially in summer was the Best Buy. The customer service was beautiful and over the top of excellent!!!!

Kristyn the store manager went over and above for me to find me some beautiful mugs I was sure I couldn’t get. She was patient, kind and amazing at finding them and posting them to me! Excellent customer service. Thank you SO MUCH!
