Great service, with lots of patience with second and third in-store enquiries before the measure and quote. They are upfront about the potential costs and won't try and upsell you. Installation was professional, efficient and on time, (they said installation would take place between 2 and 3, so I wasn''t waiting around all day) and they cleaned up after they were done. Finally the results are great, so I'm very happy with my purchase

I recently purchased plantation shutters for my living room & a combination of sheer & black out blinds for my bedroom in the apartment I recently purchased. The entire experience with Suttle Shutters was seamless from beginning to end. The measure & quote was informative & gave me ideas & different scenarios for colour combinations, style & fitting. The fitting technician was impressive & even vacuumed debris & removed old curtain rods. I’m am very happy with my purchase & my unit looks fab!Thank you Suttle Shutters.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products & professionalism.

Just got my unit fitted out with 6 sets of blinds today. Very happy with the whole process.The team was easy to deal with, the product is very high quality and well priced.Also the installation was complete ahead of schedule, on time and the installer did a super neat and tidy job. Couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be a return customer for my next home and would gladly recommend Suttle Shades to anyone.

Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful with measuring up and helping me choose the best product for what would best suit my place with future renovations in mind.Rose was lovely to deal with and always responded quickly.Sam who came to install them was a really lovely and polite young bloke, he left the place tidier then when he arrived and did a quick and brilliant job.They were a very pleasant and accommodating business/team to deal with and it’s all turned out exactly how I imagined it. I’m beyond happy.I cannot recommend enough that you speak to Suttle Shades first and support a great local business!!

Great people, stunning shutters and a wonderful Company!I noticed the Suttle Shades van leaving my Mum's complex and was able to flag them down to enquire about a quote. Tony and Rose accommodated us there and then, doing an immediate measure up and presented samples to choose from. We had a quote that afternoon and proceeded with an order. The quick turnaround, which in this current climate is amazing, was greatly appreciated and allowed Mum to move into her new home sooner than we anticipated. The Australian Made" shutters are gorgeous and we are all so happy with the result.Tony
