Easily the worst customer service I have ever come across. Walked in on 3 separate occasions with the broken belt in hand that I needed a replacement for. Three staff members have on 3 separate occasions given me the wrong size belt all for 3 different implements. Each round trip was over 90kms that I've had to do on on 3 occasions for the staff members to have to refund me and then re-issue the correct size belt. I don't understand how they can get it wrong three times when they have been given the broken belt as a size guide for issuing the correct replacement. After speaking to the manager the third time they did this, he offered no apology or recourse for their errors and even hung up the phone on me! Go to NORTHCOAST BEARINGS INSTEAD, where they actually make a profile of you in the system and record all the size belts you use for all your implements to ensure they always issue the correct size belt the first time round, not the fourth time!

hands down the BEST service i have experienced, we had a electric motor on order from the manufacturer which did not turn up overnight, gave these guys a call and explained it was now a serious issue, they were straight on the phone to one of their south east QLD branches who had in stock and then had them drive it down to me saving me hours on a return trip. WHO ELSE WOULD DO THIS saved me hours in down time and a expensive crane hire bill
