Fancy Hollywood Nails

Definitely recommend! Tu did an amazing job with my French ombré nails. I was really worried as my past experience with another nail salon made it really thick and uncomfortable.

Came in to get my shellac nails removed, but the nail tech thinned out my natural nails so much that it became sensitive to heat and touch. The removal process was quite painful, which was the first for me as I've gotten removed elsewhere pain-free. There are patches on my nails that are red and sensitive due to how aggressive the filing was. She also tried to buffer out the sides of my nails at a very high speed and ended up cutting my skin - some areas that got cut started to bleed after I walked out. Only after I started flinching did she start to slow down towards the side. Customer service was fine given how busy it was, but the whole experience itself has put me off from ever returning.

DISGUSTING customer service. Had the guy working there raise his voice at me and tell me I’m a scammer because they ran out of the colour I had and accused me of going somewhere else and coming to them to get it fixed. He was so rude to me I walked out with half my toe done. will NEVER be going back there and will be telling my friends and family too. Disgusting.

Weird experience. I went here for my birthday treat to myself and was disappointed. The male nail tech was unaccommodating and rude. I’mI asked for a rounded shape and always had it on different nail salons and this one made it so bad it looks like frog’s toes. Absolutely upset I had to ask them kindly to make it better. The male nail tech was sarcastic and just a complete arse. The lady was nice and helped me through making may nails better looking. I’m very grateful of her. Please for the sake of your nail salon, don’t employ a rude nail tech as he’s a liability to your business.

So disappointed with my experience here. The man who did my nails was extremely rude and rushed through it. My nails started lifting within a day. When one of the nails came off completely, I realised they gave me a fungal infection because water and bacteria was able to get under the acrylic due to lifting. I’m not coming here again, I don’t think anyone should.

I'm gonna let the photos speak for themselves. And they are tight... soooo tight that I'm even bleeding internally. And the lady who did my nails kept on hurting my nail beds. Everytime I moved my hand she looked at me like I was the one to blame for her hurting me. Horrendous experience. Never again, really hope they get shut down and go bankrupt. Cause my nails hurt too much for me to show any kindness. If I could I would give them -0.5/10.

Disgusting sns i have ever had. Went there on a Saturday the very next day the sns starting chipping. They invited me back to repair it, since I was afraid it would happen again I suggested they do acrylics. They said no problem but I would have to pay the price for acrylic not taking into account the $65 I had already paid for the sns. So i said no they went ahead and did the exact same colour with ans again. Well 4 says later u had 4 cracked sns nails. I just can't be bothered fighting with them. I haven't been back But this is the worse nail job I have ever had. I will never go back there again.
