I requested a quote on Good Friday and I had a call back from Stephen to set up an inspection on Easter Monday which was beyond my expectation. He was prompt, professional, well priced. He communicated well, he arrived when he said he would. He carried the tile regrout out within the time frame he said he would. Quality is fantastic. I had a small issue with a bit of water leaking out of the shower. He came and had a look and repaired it without any issues. Stephen also chemically roughed the outside tiles which have come up very well. Overall very happy with Stephen's workmanship and his customer service.

Stephen arrived on time to regrout my shower tiles. He did a great job, was polite and friendly. The mess was confined to the bathroom throughout the job, and he left my bathroom very clean when he had finished. Very satisfied with Tile Rescue Birkdale.
