The best, most informative, caring, gentle and respectful dentist I have ever been to. Right from when you walk in the front door with a warm welcome, Alex and Susan are so professional and do their absolute best to keep you comfortable. The little gifts sometimes are always an unexpected surprise! My whole family love visiting our new dentist.

Very, very happy with the standard of service I received. The initial examination was very thorough, and the dentist - Alex - fully explained everything, and then discussed what needed to be done and the various options. Alex took the time to find out what I thought, and genuinely took these on board. The treatment I had - several fillings- was very smooth and surprisingly painless. Alex has a very good manner, and his attention to detail is first rate. The other staff members (including Lizzie) complement Alex very well. A first rate Dental practice where you get treated as a person . Highly recommend.

From Gabrielle. I completely agree with the other comments. Alex was recommended when we moved permanently to Tura several years ago and I couldn’t be happier. Alex, Susan, the other staff and Lily (the ‘guard’ dog) are always friendly and caring and Susan fitted me in when I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed urgently. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been going to Alex for a few years now and every time you go you leave feeling great. His attention to detail is fantastic and he gives you a detailed explanation of everything he does. We are very lucky to have a dentist that provides a great service at a very reasonable price .

Dr. Alex Lee is one of the best Dentist's I have been too. He has such a gentle and caring disposition and explains everything he has to do clearly. He cleaned my teeth so gently and they look and feel amazing! Susan and Lily are really friendly and professional. Susan went out of her way to fit in my appointment. I can highly recommend Dr. Lee, Susan and his team! Thank you for providing such an excellent service my fears of going to the Dentist are now non existent :)

I highly recommend Alex Lee, particularly if you or a family member are not comfortable with previous experiences at the dentist. He is extremely gentle and ensures you are relaxed and aware of what is being done. We have been to the surgery numerous times since moving to Tura Beach and find both Alex and Susan to be friendly and attentive, and enjoy being welcomed by Lizzie the guard poodle.

Alex and Susan are a thoroughly professional team. I have been a client for six years and their service is excellent.Susan is always very welcoming and friendly at the Reception Desk and I have complete faith in Alex's advice and treatment.Rather than extract a cracked tooth, as suggested by an Endodontist to whom I was referred, he saved it, knowing that was my preference.I have always felt completely comfortable with any procedures he has performed and these include root canal and crown treatments. He's the BEST!!

They always greet you on time, with smiles and make your visit to the dentist as stress free as possible. I am so happy with the dental treatment given to me by Dr. Alex Lee here at Tura Beach.I am never nervous with any thing I have had done and all the time Dr. Lee explains what he is doing and also ensuring I am coping ok. Cannot speak highly enough of this Dentist and also his wife who is always welcoming to me when I go to appointments.Highly recommend this practice.
