Not only was the wait incredibly long, the staff don't greet you at the door and they don't even seem to know they're doing. I spent $30 on the Hearty Bacon Platter to have thin as paper pancakes and we were given eggs that look like burnt ends scrap overs and to top it off, it wasn't even hot. Safe to say I won't be back. Even Macca's can do better pancakes.

Loved this restraunt when it first opened. Today we visited again but has been a while. The girl on the register could not comprehend what we wanted to order, another staff member attended. Well you get that we all have to learn.The order was correct but all of the food was cold. The place really needed a good clean. Not a fan anymore.

Got DoorDash from here and I was missing a drink, had stone cold fries and a stone cold burger, oil everywhere and no straw for the one drink I got. Very disappointed. Store didn’t pick up when I called and it rang for a while. As someone who works in the fast food industry, this is disgraceful and I am now suffering food poisoning with what little food I did eat.

One of the best burgers i have ever hadI went and order the food and it was delicious. Abit pricey but is totally worth it. Definitely coming back soon.

The burger I ordered wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Looked like someone sat on it. A burger ordered to takeaway was found with no lettuce on it. Disappointing. Good that you can have free refills. But NO ICE! Balances out at a three star rating. Very average.

3.5* never been to a Carl’s before but overall I rate it better than the main 2. It was tastier and larger than what the other guys signature burgers are but it’s still just “fast food”. I would go back and have another if I’m in the mood for this type of food and the place was nice and clean too.

A good experience on Friday night with friendly staff. We noticed an improvement in the quality of the food since our last visit over a year ago. A nice family friendly environment to dine in or for take away.
