Great͏ result!I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan as my sales agent, to sell my aunt's house, and I am extremely satisfied with his performance. He is genuine and easy to deal with and has a good knowledge of the local market. He discussed with me things like recent sales in the area, typical seller expectations and time properties have been staying on the market. This along with pros & cons of what might be done to the property in preparation for sale, which clarified a few of my thoughts. The property I thought was presented in the best possible light, this generated a lot of early interest and a couple of offers within the first 10 days. Helpful beyond expectations. Being an interstate buyer we needed a bit of help with organising property/electrical inspections and Bryan was more than helpful in that regard.
