There are plenty roofing companies in Blacktown area, and I got a chance to interact with some of them. I wanted roof repairs and roof painting in Glendenning and that is when I started searching for roofing companies in our area. I found Roof Mates far better than the other companies. Umair’s communication was fantastic and instantly I got comfortable with him. I found him very humble, honest and extremely friendly. He gave me on site quote which was very affordable. The only issue was the wait time. He gave me 3 weeks wait time abut I was willing to wait for them as I was convinced that roof mates are best team to work on my roof. Now my roof looks like new. Roof Mates already came highly recommended from family. So our expectations were high. But, they exceeded our expectations.They changed all broken tiles and did the cementing of ridges. I am super lucky to have found these guys. Look at the roof transformation. Omg. I had heard a lot about Roof Mates from my friends so, my expectations were really high. And these boys did not disappoint me at all. I have my rental property in Rooty Hill 2766 and the roof had been leaking forever. My real estate had hired more than 5,6 contractors at different times. After the fixes, when it rained again, the roof would leak. I told Umair that I am tired of bodge jobs. He told me that he won't just do the roof repairs but will do the full restoration. Absolutely the BEST customer services experience I think I ever had with any company. I called Roof Mates to urgently help me with leaking roof. Right after 30 minutes of the call, Umair sent over two boys from his crew.They went on the roof and fixed the leaks temporarily and scheduled full repairs in next week. There are lots of trees around my property, so I asked them to install gutter guards as well. They showed up in time, did the roof repairs and fixed the gutters as well.Their price was very reasonable. Umair and the crew at Roof mates are all incredibly friendly and helpful, I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Umair

Right from the roof inspection to the completion of roof restoration job, roof mates have been pleasure to deal with. Umair and his boys did my neighbour's roof last year. And I was very impressed by their work. I wanted my roof to look brand new as well. So, they pressure washed the roof and did the ridge capping. The job was finished in 4 days and I got exactly a very nice roof. Can't recommend the roof mate's enough.

I spoke with Umair in 2020 when he came over to do the roof inspection on behalf of insurance. Umair told me that even though the issues are fixed but the roof would needs some more than silicone and tapes. I was under the budget so I left roof maintenance for next year.Now when it rained in July last year, my roof started leaking again and to make it worse, insurance rejected the claim. Nobody was responding to my cry for help. That is when I called Roof Mates to schedule inspection and guess who showed up.... Umair. Umair runs Roof Mates.This time I listened to Umair and asked him to do whatever is necessary. I just dont any roof leaks. There was plenty communication on every step. His 3x workers were very friendly too. They changed +50 tiles, changed the flashings, did the ridge rebedding. The bin was hired for rubbish removal.Keeping in mind my experience with Umair and his mates, I would definitely recommend roof mates for any roof repairs.

I came across the company on Google search and saw they had great reviews from their customers, on the same day I texted them asking for a quote. Aamir called me promptly and arranged for an inspection. Aamir and Umair came on time to do the site inspection and explained the work to me and gave me options and quotes. They were friendly, honest and approachable. I accepted their quote for roof tiles cleaning, roof repointing, basic roof tile maintenance and spraying paint. They finished the job with high quality service and used high quality paint. Most importantly they did not rush through their work, they treated my house as were theirs. I am glad I found them and I have a new and beautiful roof now. I highly recommended the company to everyone because they are professional in the work.
