After a decent walk around the bicentennial tree, this place was the absolute bomb! The quality of the burger meat and the burger as a whole was awesome. The wedges are an absolute must try too! Best I've had, so damn crispy and perfectly done.

It was a little after dark, we were hungry after a bit of a long drive, it was our first time in Pemberton, and dinner options looked like an empty looking pub, something called Jasper's that looked a little fancy, and this cute, low-key looking place with a sandwich board outside with the picture of a burger.The dining space was casual, simply decorated, light, tidy and clean. Generally pretty welcoming. We took our time checking out the menu before being greeted with a smile at the till by the solo person working the Source Kitchen.Our picks were the Cheesy Classic ($17) and Pemberton Aussie ($18) Burgers with sides of fries (2 x $3).The burgers were so good! Well-toasted buns that were just a little crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, tasty, well-seasoned beef patties that were somehow not at all greasy. The Cheesy Classic had delicious caramelised onions and a zingy and slightly sweet sauce that was really moreish; and the Pemberton Aussie juicy tomato and fresh lettuce that made the burger feel wonderfully healthy.A special mention has to be made for the chips - such a good fry and uniformly seasoned in chicken salt. So good!If you enjoy burgers, eat here. If you enjoy clean, simple flavours done well, eat here. If you enjoy unpretentious food, and dining spaces, dine here.

Delightful little restaurant with ample parking and great hospitality from the owner! She was really friendly and gave great advice on the best route from Pemberton to Albany. Had the grilled chicken burger, the portion was generous and this was one of the most delicious burger I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommended!

Great place for lunch in the heart of Pemberton. They serve primarily sandwiches but do have several vegetarian options including a haloumi burger, vegetable patty, and chickpea patty. Lots of seating and ample parking. Service was fast and friendly. (Menu pics are from September 2022)

What a little gem of a place. We visited today and we're very impressed with the burgers and coffees. A stunning little cafe with brilliant homely service. Would highly recommend this place.

THE best, crunchy sweet potato fries I have ever had. Solid 10/10 from all of the family. Great flavours. Very friendly. Locally sourced ingredients. Reasonable prices. We will be back every time we come to Pemberton. (Food eaten too fast to take more photos.)

Lovely little local cafe/restaurant with lots of healthy delicious options. I had the chicken, bacon and haloumi salad which was very tasty and the hsp had the BLT with a side of chips which he thoroughly enjoyed. The chips were well cooked, crispy outside, fluffy inside. My only complaint was that there was a bit too much beetroot in the salad and it was very finely diced so a bit tricky to manage. Other than that A++ would recommend.Oh, and they have chai, it's just not on the menu ☺️

15 Apr 2022: Back here again absolutely loved the grilled chicken burger, chickpea burger and haloumi burger..Hard to find veggie options when you're out, but the Vegan Burger at Source Kitchen was super awesome, especially the flavor of caramelized onions ❤. Will visit again when I am back
