Our company has been a regular customer of INKMasters, having spent over $1300 with them. However, my recent purchase of an ink cartridge with purchase order number WW47361 did not work properly. I reached out to the owner, Sam Klagsbrun, who assured me that he would provide a solution. However, it has been two weeks since the issue was reported, and I have not received any updates or communication from the company. This level of customer service and lack of follow-through is unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed. Based on my frustrating and unprofessional experience, I cannot recommend this company or its products to others.
