Alan is incredible at what he does.Very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and treatment.Fantastic experience, highly recommended.On top of this, great bloke too.

Kept charging the insurance company double price for 2 areas despite providing treatment for only 1 area at a time and for same time 30 mins.

Physios seem nice and all, and were helpful, but I was told it was a $35 gap, and even sent that in a welcome text message, but when I went to pay I was charged $40. It may seem like a small difference but when you're told a certain price and charged more without warning because it's a Saturday, it just leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. My appointment was also cut short because my physio (who, once again, was friendly and relatively helpful) was in a rush. I'll probably go somewhere else next time.

Would not give reports to me despite requesting several times and getting paid by insurance company. No breach of privacy when the patients want their own reports.Off course I have used my initials and not full name. As expected a standard reply from you.... Paul. Its a 100% genuine review and will not be removed. Was treated by Tanmay Desai. Now don't say Tanmay never worked in your practice.
