1. We were charged $6500 + GST for a part time employee who was contracted for 9 months. 8.5 hours work in total for Bloom. When we questioned the value of the work, we were threatened with a debt collector. Poor value for money and a generally unpleasant experience. On a per hour basis, it would be better value to advertise on Seek and interview your own candidates.2. Thank you for enumerating your poor results and confirming my review. In 3 months we got one part-time, time-limited, untrained receptionist and a cookie cutter contract for... ~$7100! At least prior to hiring you, I was failing at HR for free!Doesn't look like I'm the only displeased customer. Are any of your positive reviews from employers...?

I was living and working in Darwin in February 2022 and was contacted out of the blue with a message on Linkedin from Natalie Carrington at Bloom HR asking if I would be interested in a job opening in Canberra. I had a look at the job vacancy and applied the next day. I was then invited for a pre-interview discussion with another employee at Bloom HR about a week later. This was followed up about 10 days after this with an interview on Zoom with the CEO of the organisation that had the job vacancy. Natalie was present at the interview too. The interview was followed up with an informal discussion with the line manager of the job vacancy the following week. I was then offered the job about a week later.
