NS Timber Flooring

These guys were great. The most responsive in terms of quoting and getting back to us. Their costs were quite reasonable.When the guys came out, they took extra time to colour match some new boards with the old and I appreciated their attention to detail, as we weren't in a rush to get it done, I just wanted it to be right.I'd highly recommend getting a quote from them and I can vouch for the finished results being excellent.

I had my hardwood floor installed and treated by DS Flooring under a very tight deadline. They've been absolutely great to deal with and delivered a very high quality timber product and beautiful finish. I highly recommend them.Kim.

I have used NS Timber Flooring twice now and will always recommend them to anyone who needs anything from a little touch up to the whole house being redone. They are super easy to work with, pricing is great and the results are beyond what I expected. They managed to make our 60 year old floors look brand new. They are local and great so if you are looking for anyone I would go with these guys hands down.

Absolute legends these guys are. We have had two of our houses sanded back and repoliished by Kane and Keith and we were really happy with the results. They are a great price and I would use them again without question. I recommend them to anyone needing a good job done. They are local guys that are really good at what they do.

What an absolute joke this company is! Zero stars! I had high hopes for this company after reading their website, I wanted to book a quote in for solid timber overlay this proved much harder than you would expect. My wife called to book in a measure and quote but apparently because we weren’t 100% sure on what species they wouldn’t come out to do a measure and quote me on the couple of species I was interested in. Instead they wanted me to visit their showroom to look at the timber before coming out to quote. I don’t need to look at your showroom I want a quote on a couple of species and I’ll make my final decision on the cost. It’s all just too hard, I’ll happily take my money elsewhereThanks for taking the time to respond Robert I couldn’t reply on your response so I’m responding on my original review.Firstly I’d like to set the record straight on exactly what was discussed on the phone with the lady who answered.It was never just encouraged to visit your showroom we were told that unless we visited the showroom first no one would come out to site to inspect and site measure.When the question was pushed why no one could come out and inspect and site measure unless we visited the show room it just went around in circles. Then we were told “we can’t just drop everything and come out in 24hrs we are a small family business” at no time did we expect that. We were looking at a time in 6days from phone call if available, to which we were rudely told “well we can’t do that anyway” At no stage was a call when in the area next to inspect ever mentioned either.Yes I do work in the construction industry so yes I do understand labour shortages hence why I can’t just visit your showroom as I’m working during your trading hours.I have since had 2 other family run companies visit site to inspect and measure without drama and needing to visit a showroom beforehand.

Thank you very much to NS Timber Flooring for sanding and refinishing our timber floorboards. They were initially done to perfection with a satin finish (photo where floor boards look lighter in colour), however we decided we would like a more glossy finish. Kane said no worries at all, and arranged for the work to be carried out the very next day, once again to perfection (other photos). Thank you so much to Will for all his hard work over the week - we love how our floors look!

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. The administration was friendly and and the process was clear from the beginning. They were super accomodating even when we had to reschedule due to delays in other renovations and best of all they did a phenomenal job! It’s really left a huge WOW factor on the house. We visited the showroom of this business and we were amazed at the difference in all the timber flooring samples. Rob was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of the flooring that we chose. He came out to measure up and quote and then he communicated directly with our builder. The flooring arrived on the day that was organized and they also did a follow up call once the flooring was laid (our builder laid it).We are so happy with our floors. The floor has been down approximately 7 years now and they still look spectacular - despite the abuse our small grandchildren give it. All visitors comment on how good the floor looks and we have no hesitation recommending NS Timber Flooring to anyone who wants a quality product with excellent service.

We couldn't be happier with our Qld Spotted Gum floor. The team at NS Timber Flooring were a pleasure to deal with, arriving promptly and communicating efficiently.
