I own a small business called Access Window and Door Repair. Lincoln Sentry had a rocky period in 2020 where service and reliability was poor. I am happy to report they have significanty improved in 2021.

Very quickly located the product I went in the purchase, helped me colour match it and had me on my way in Les than 10 minutes. Customer service was good, and expedient.

Very disaapointed, order was made and took too much to get from another branch, order also was marked as delivery and we paid delivery charge and has never been delivered and we had to go to get it, NOT recommended at all.

Phoned head office, was told to visit the showroom to see the products, travelled an hour to the showroom, was told there to set up an online account and you will be able to see all the products online and then purchase direct. Filled out the forms, sent them off. Phoned 4 days later to find out, was then told you can not use the web store to by products online without a trade account. could not care less. Thanks guys for wasting my time

Disappointing customer service. I ordered the incorrect item and requested a return. I accepted the restocking and pick up fees as this was my error. Then I never heard back. I have called and allegedly the credit is still being processed, so I waited. No credit. I called again and they said my return should have been collected and they would call me to confirm. No response. I called again and they again said they would call me back today. No response. No credit. Perhaps I'm too small of a customer for them to care about. Frustrating and time consuming,

They stock a large range of products for building and joinery industries service is generally pretty good best to pre order if you know what your after and they can have it ready when you get there

Very hard to reach to showroom directly, staff not helpful in Prestons branch, I wouldn't go there again.
