What KFC does not have Hot and Spicy chicken pieces except for Spicy chicken wings that has no meat and Zinger fillets. The service is great, it's the lack of choice which is the real issue.

Had to line up waited 20mins for food then when i got it was 2 chicken wings when i asked for no chickens wings. I asked for 3 peices of chicken, know that i can get a whole chook from woolies for $10, eleven dollar for 2 wings a thigh and a pepsi is a bit rich. Wont be going back and going to tell everyone i know at every chance i get.

Ordered on the clunky KFC App, took 10 minutes to get the order correct, ordered a family feast with 3 large Potato & Gravy's, 15 pieces of chicken and 18 nuggets and 2 x large chips, clicked that I was in restaurant but was still 5 minutes away, got to the counter and they hadn't even commenced packing the order, waited another 15 minutes (this is definitely not fast food), serving person put in 6 small Potato and Gravy's only, advised them of what my actual order was, they added another 3 small Potato and Gravy's, drove home with order (30 kilometres), when opened only had 10 pieces of chicken and 16 nuggets, now this is just basic maths to be able to count the required items, should not have to open all boxes at the counter and count chicken pieces and nuggets to double check the order, this is bordering on fraud by taking peoples money without supply the goods, will never be back.

Untrained staff. Paid for 3 wicked wings on zinger box received one drumstick instead.. bought it on 06april at 1700 hrs. Spoilt my fast food experience.. won't eat KFC at this store.Spoke to onduty Manager.. she was unhelpful too or unaware of how to help

Really bad customer service from the manager that was there today. I bought a Ultimate burger box and asked for a hot and spicy piece of chicken instead of the original piece that you usually get.I sat down to eat my meal and as I got to the chicken I took a bite and realised it was cold, I went to the front counter and the staff member at the front counter went to get the manager, she came across very unwelcoming and inconvenienced with my complaint.All she said was what do you want and as I told her the issue she threw the box ubruptly on the counter behind her, she didn’t even say another word to me, no apology not a thing!!Refunded me $3 for the piece of chicken, which I understood as it was only the chicken that was the problem.What I was annoyed about is that there was no apology and bad customer service from the Manager. Not good enough I will not be going to this establishment next time, will be picking the many other fast food places in Canelands.Sad thing is they don’t care either because people will just keep going there and they won’t get any repucussions.

Incredible. Just Amazing. All the staff were nice and trained to perfection in the costumer service scheme, the food was perfectly cooked, no dryness at all and the meal was ready in less than 2 minutes waiting time. I am utterly shocked at how good this restaurant was. I will definitely be returning.

The most disappointing meal . Did not have any chicken, so they replaced it with a small popcorn chicken. The line up & wait was so long . The burger was so small as well, nothing like the displayed picture. Will not be back.

Ordered the one box10 mintues passes. Waiting15 mintues passes. WaitingI speak with the cashier politely,I think there might be a issue with my order.This is my receipt number.She responded she didn't know where my order was & she will make me new order.She gave me my order and told me that she had placed additional food inside the box.I open the box & there is3 missing items frommy original order.XDI return to the cashierAnd explain there is 3Missing items..she asked me to tell her which items was missing..I respondedPopcorn chickenThe sause& The bread.The she gave me2 popcorn chickens2 sausesAnd no bread...Which I then admitted defeat...I then ate the food.. xDwhich is very oily and now I feel sick.It's funny now but it's really bizarre, I'm not sure if I can recommend this to another.

If I could rate 0 stars i would.Terrible serviceWaiting long to get the foodIncorrect order for higher the priceI ordered a mates burger box for my family expecting as advertised, 4 Burgers, 4 chips, 4 softdrinks and chicken pieces, for $31What I got was 4 bugers, 2 chips, 0 sodas and 1 small popcorn chicken replacing the chicken pieces all for $32Went and asked about the order and they said that they don't do that anymore even though the advertisement was behind them.
