Caboolture Nissan

All staff involved with my sale (salesman, finance lady, valuer and manager) were friendly and open to negotiations. I am very happy with my new car and felt I got a fair deal.

I have just received my new Navara Ute from Caboolture Nissan and would totally recommend them to anyone. From the time I walked onto the yard right through to the time I picked up my new vehicle every person there made the process easy and comfortable. A special mention to Emil and Rod

Avoid!!! at all costs take your car elsewhere they appreciate their customers.How dare you take down my husbands review you have no right to do that , you must be able to except good and bad reviews from customers , in order to arise any good or bad experience customers had.Now i wonder why there are not many reviews from the car services department because you guys take them down .How appalling and so low can you go and remove reviews if you cant handle customers critics then just close your business down.Paid $685 for a full car service for the 80.000 km. on a Nissan Murano and to our surprise to notice that the basic oil and filter had not been changed. How pathetic the most basic thing out of all and how can i trust these guys after this if all the rest of the things were done as per invoice.I had photos attached with the previous review but you took it down but this time if you take it down i will go ahead to ACCCAccept the facts guys and don't let us down so we don't have to write a poor review about your company

Excellent service from Trevor and Mel. Can't believe how easy this business is to deal with. Car was great quality and compared to other yards they're buying well. The buying process though was easy and simple and you feel important - exactly how a customer service experience should be. I buy a lot of cars and wouldn't recommend many places but these guys get a well deserved 5 star.

Do not waste you time at Caboolture Nissan.Checked google opening hours on Saturday which stated 3pm was closing time. Arrived at 2:15pm to find dealership completely closed.Wish I didn’t waste more of my time going today to test drive one of the new Patrols, still undecided if we will get a 200series or a new Patrol.New car sales man who was obviously uninterested in providing any help. When I said I wanted to test drive the Patrol he wanted to know when I would put a deposit down on the car. Then continued to tell me how he is getting used to QLD customers and that VIC customers just turn up and want to buy vehicles without doing any research or test driving them.In other words I was wasting his time because I didn’t say Im here to put a deposit down which could very well have happened if I actually got to test drive the used Patrol which they had sitting in the yard.Which conveniently I was told they just received a phone call from someone who had just put a deposit on it over the phone.Unfortunately for them I overheard their boss’s conversation and he said no one will be test driving that vehicle, no mention of it being sold.As you can see by their response to my review and all the other negative reviews there is just excuses provided.Instead of being truthful provided lies to avoid me taking one for a test drive. Poor service and like I said up the top take your money elsewhere!!

Emil, Mel and the team at Caboolture Nissan were amazing in helping us find our dream car! Received nothing but excellent service from the moment we walked into the show room until even after taking our baby home. Can not recommend them any higher.

The team were friendly, great to deal with and certainly knew their product. We were well informed of expected wait times and delivery dates. Show room is modern and comfortable. Overall a good experience.

After being let down by another Nissan dealership I managed to find Emil, our salesman at Caboolture Nissan. He couldn’t have been more open, honest and helpful. Lovely to deal with and all around AMAZING experience. Nothing was too much trouble and we got our car in a matter of weeks with a few things falling in our favour.
