Astonishing improvements, check ups to ensure I'm staying on track with the provided training and stretching exercises. Has really made an improvement on my mobility and overall health.

Shranal is the best physiotherapist. He’s treated me for a few injuries including a back injury, ankle injury and a knee injury. He has helped me to recover from these perfectly, allowing me to continue everything I usually do like going back to the gym and playing sport. I reached out to Shranal after experience intense hip immobility. I play many different sports and never really manage my issues very well. Not only did Shranal manage my problems effectively, he also taught me the importance of warming up and cooling down. He gave me a routine for my hip problems, and with every visit it would progressively improve.
