To me this place was a typical country pub. They were busy & we waited nearly one hour from ordering for our meal. There wasn't a lot to choose from, however we all (4) of us enjoyed the meal we each ordered.. Overall it was a good night to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!!

Two years ago: Meals are good and excellent value ($25 for a mixed grill!?)Today: Holy moly! What happened to this place?!? This was the worst pub meal I’ve had in my life! Everything seems over-cooked and then reheated to be lukewarm. Soggy chips. Quality terrible. See pics.

Good run of the mill country pub, prices are about average and the servings and food reasonable quality. Publicans were friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere here is better for kids and families compared to the other pub in town that had some pretty rowdy clientele. Has a pool table if you want to play.

Fire was really nice and the service and staff were great. When I received my Parma I was surprised as I’ve never seen pizza ham on a Parma before - but I tell ya what, the meal as absolutely delicious and I highly recommend

Typical, country pub with friendly staff & generous meals.To be honest it could do with a spruce up but then again would it lose some of it's appeal?Look, I had fantastic time chatting to friendly locals, a great barman & some other travelers. Bar prices are excellent value & much cheaper than city pubs & bars.Lets face it, we either support these wonderful country establishments or they dissappear & that's happening too often.So break up your travels & have a good night out in a country pub.Recommended, cheers, Q.

Stopped at Nhill on our travels and spent a Friday night at Nhill Farmers Arms. Beautiful old pub, huge dining room, had a delicious meal, then a few drinks at the front Bar. The Publicans were very friendly and the locals put some good music on the juke box. Was a great night. Definately the pick of the 2 pubs in the town.
