Came in from my way home from work and asked ‘Vicky’ if the store has blu tack, he replied “well if you didn’t see it, we don’t have it” a simple ‘no sorry’ would have been nicer, or even just a no. I came in for one thing and didn’t look around the whole store. Not coming back again, this guy isn’t friendly

Employee needs to focus on customers and mind the shop.I was here on 24th December evening, the check out employee was a lot more interested texting on his phone rather than serving me. I was ignored a few times until I asked him questions. The only good thing is he was polite when he answered my questions as I was paying.

Make sure the bins aren't blocking the fire extinguishers. Both of them had the bins pushed hard up against the cover of the extinguisher housings. This would make them useless in the event of a fire. Lift your game, and get compliant.

I went there this morning @ 3:15 to get one packet of cigarettes. As they were cheaper than where I normally get them, I asked if they had 10 packets (that makes up a carton) he said yes. Had to pay for them first. They didn’t have 10, they had 6. So it ended up costing me a lot more. I wasn’t happy at all & had to get 4 packets of a brand I didn’t want. He took no responsibility. Won’t make that mistake again.
