Good arrived through uber eats driver and no chips were in the 3 peice box in which I ordered. 80% of the time something is missing from an order.

The chicken was over cooked and had that much oil dripping out of it, the chips looked like they had been sitting under the hot light all day, the bacon and cheese zinger burger was a fillet burger with burnt or over cooked bacon. When we looked into the kitchen area there was food on the floor and the staff were walking either on it or over it instead of cleaning it up as there was several staff members just walking around chatting and giving a drive through customer attitude, but 1 young girl did apologise to the driver for the other staff members attitude, I go to this KFC regularly and feel it's getting worse, something really needs to be done about it.

FARK OFF waited 40 minutes for 2 boxed meals. & on top of that 20 minutes into waiting they hadn’t even made the meals yet. was told prior would be a TEN MINUTE WAIT for wicked wings. AND every single staff member looked 16!! Absolutely no idea what they are doing. Absolutely appalled with whoever was on management tonight, POOR SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Will not be coming back here ever again, every time I come here it’s an absolute disgrace. Had about 10 angry people outside waiting for meals the same time we arrived or 10 minutes after, just shocking. SHOCKING!

Walked into shop to find staff yelling at each other. Stood at counter and worker went to kitchen and yelled at staff. Waited until staff finish yelling to be served. The shop inside is dirty. Customer service is poor. Staff behaviour and team culture is distressing.

Walked in, im the only person in the dining area and ordered my meal, waited 20+ mins and its dead. Very poor experience

The chicken is un edible. The popcorn chicken was so over cooked and when opening there is no chicken inside and it’s extremely hard. And the chicken pieces were so over cooked it was pretty much impossible to bite into. Very unhappy with the quality and will not return!

Cashier didn't know the menu and had to be shown the board to understand my desired meal. Chips were old and cold. No refreshment wipes or serviettes supplied which with KFC is essential. Very tight carpark to navigate with no clear exit point

The food was very fresh, hot, fresh and crispy. The chicken was crisp and cooked to perfection. The chips were salty, hot and delicious. Honestly the best kfc I have had in a very long time.

Always great service here. I. Live 1 min from Another kfc but drive here instead because they are polar opposites with service and food. Great job everyone

I come here 5 times a week, staff are always working hard. There's a guy named Kyle, who puts in 110% with everything he does, and makes sure customers are happy. I also heard he cleans out everything when he's on a closing shift. 10/10, always gonna come back.
