Newy parkrun
Great parkrun, a big crowd of around 500 runners so the start can be a bit of a struggle. Friendly vibe good flat out and back track.

There’s a good reason why Newy Parkrun has one of the highest participation numbers every week, it’s because it’s a fantastic venue, run by wonderful volunteers in a welcoming community.If you get there early you can get a park close by the toilet block, otherwise you’re running in from the carpark across the road.

Great park run and track - most people I've ever seen in a park run (which is great because i could easily find someone to match my pace with) Well worth the attendance if you're visiting/in Newcastle
