Waited patiently inside for a mobile order for over 20 minutes while they pushed through multiple waves of cars, and 2 more lots of customers inside. When i went up to question the wait, all i got was attitude and the worker saying “You didn’t tell us you were waiting on a mobile order”. There is 0 signs anywhere, saying that you have to do this. Also, the store was basically empty, you’d think after like 5-10 minutes if someone hadn’t come up and claimed the order you’d maybe ask the people sitting in that haven’t come up to order if they were waiting on something?????It was honestly ridiculous.

Just went through drive through and for the third time in 2 weeks I have received the wrong order. A bit annoyed when I pay extra for vanilla syrup and it doesn’t get added. This morning I got someone else’s order.

Went in this afternoon, we weren’t greeted for a few minutes until our order was taken. Staff member had a vape sitting visible to patrons - even have a photo to prove it - at the front counter, in close proximity to food. The drinks themselves were great but the service was not professional at all.

Located on the busy Deception Bay Road Starbucks Rothwell is the perfect place to grab your morning coffee on the way to work. This being said, drive through can become quite busy at peak times so just ensure you're running on time before attempting Starbucks drive thru.Cold brew had a nice nutty yet bitter taste. Bagel with avocado was delicious.Environment was well set out and very relaxed indoors. Car park was overly busy with minimal car parks. I found it very difficult to drive past other cars.Staff were very friendly and informative.Prices were reasonable.

Good coffee, had a iced caramel macchiato, delicious.Also had a toasted almond croissant, which was also delicious.The cake cabinet wasn’t super appealing, purely because it didn’t look that clean with crumbs and broken pieces of cake/ banana bread sitting in there.Plenty of seating and very friendly staff. Over all pretty good.

Great coffee of a global brand and experience ruined by unprofessional, careless and untrained staff. They forget drive through orders after making customer wait in waiting bay, they yell out the coffee and still hand over the wrong one. Literally couldn't care less to even pick up the right coffee from their counterWith such low rating why doesn't Starbucks management do anything about training staff at this store so this goes from a badly managed Rothwell Coffee shop back to Starbucks the global brand

This review is in relation to the service we received from Taylor today. She was professional, happy to help out and offered great customer service.On a negative, coffee was a tad disappointing for some.The interesting thing to mention re: seating is that our group felt like a family of dwarfs as table long and tall, seats large in width but small in size.Unable to add photos which would have proven our point.
