Amazing experience. Emilija is an amazing physiotherapist. Very compassionate and thorough in her assessment. She has been able to provide lots of rehabilitation for my hypermobility and enabled myself to excel in conditioning required for dancing. Highly recommend particularly for hypermobility, EDS or dance conditioning. The admin team Dee and Emma are both so lovely and accommodating too!

Cannot recommend Bodyfit enough! Terry was able to identify and treat my chronic health issue in the very first appointment after a decade of debilitating pain. All the staff here are friendly and respectful and its clear the whole practice is deeply committed to understanding chronic health conditions and invisible disabilities. Hands down the best physio I've seen.

Bodyfit Physio is EXCELLENT. I’ve been seeing Juliet for a number of issues - fibromyalgia, chronic headaches, back pain and a broken foot. She is excellent with chronic health and very knowledgeable.

My family and I regularly see Juliet, Amy, and Terry for general fitness and complications relating to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome! The staff at Bodyfit Physio are polite, professional, and above all- sensitive to complicated (and sometimes embarrassing) medical issues and physical health.

Absolutely brilliant physiotherapists, with a very wholistic practice style, and deep understanding of trauma. Em and Juliette are particularly excellent, and Dee and Emma at the front desk are welcoming and professional. Thank you all!

I've been going to BodyFit Physio for years now and compared to any other medical expenses, it has been the best use of my money.Dealing with chronic I've had a lot of medical professionals proscribe so many pain meds that it made me sick, and it still didn't actually help.Going to Pilates with the physios at BodyFit and having one on one appointments with Emilija has been the only thing that has actually reduced my pain long term.I even got my dad to start seeing his Physio Aimee and sign up Pilates!

Couldn't recommend Bodyfit Physio highly enough. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere and all of the staff are very caring and compassionate. After seeing so many healthcare professionals for my chronic conditions, Amy is one of the first who I have felt has truly understood the problem and tailored a treatment plan based on my lifestyle and individual needs. So glad that I have found them!
