Frankly, abysmal. Not only will you be talked down to constantly, they'll also screw you around for months when it comes to any kind of reimbursement, then schedule completely pointless appointments only to then never call.Everything takes place in one room, there is no privacy, and several employees are extremely loud so it's difficult to hear anything. Not only can you not discuss anything private, any information you do share is heard by everyone in the room, or you can't hear anything because everyone is very loud trying to talk over everyone else.The scheduling pointless appointments is beyond infuriating, and to then threaten a payment suspension for them not calling you is absolutely pathetic. They'll ALSO go out of their way to, at random, revoke applications you've put in citing absolute insanity and outright stupidity, claiming you need to use a variety of methods" as if that was ever a requirement beforehand.Absolutely attrocious
