Joseph Gerrard Self Defence Rooty hill
Our son has been doing Self Defence classes with Joe for over a year now. Not only have we watched him learn important life lessons about protecting yourself in all sorts of situations, but we have also watched him grow on a personal level. His confidence at home and at school has increased dramatically and he absolutely loves his classes each week.

Today was the first time I got to see my son in action in Joe's class. I'm blown away. He had so much fun. I'm so impressed with the skills he has developed and his confidence too has shown marked improvement. Joe has done wonderfully! Thank you so much!
