I’ve been working with James and The Launch Squad since 2014. Nothing short of the highest form of praise can do justice to the work he does for venues and musicians alike. I was a young musician when I started working with James and in an industry where it is common to be taken advantage of when getting started and new to the game, James showed me nothing but respect and gave me opportunities and security I would not of otherwise had. His integrity is above reproach and I owe him so much for the career I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy working by his side.

I've been working with The Launch Squad since 2013, and have always appreciated how transparent they are in the booking process, and how easy they make the interaction. They are great at communicating when there are any issues, and are always incredibly helpful.I appreciate that they forward payment once it is received from the venue, as is the condition of accepting a gig. We have had a very successful long term relationship, thanks to the mutual respect, and open communication.One of the best things about working with The Launch Squad is the community they've created amongst the artists, I have made some great friends thanks to the efforts the The Launch Squad goes to in order to create a community.In particular, during lock downs, James initiated weekly zoom chats, as a check in, and they were incredibly helpful to give us an opportunity to check in with each other, and check in on our mental health. Beyond that, James has been someone who will just be there for a chat. It is truly a community, and not just an agency.

The greatest agency I've ever worked for. They've got your back and did a great job making an agency feel like a family. Having worked with them for close to ten years I've found myself taking less and less work externally and doing almost all my gigging through James at The Launch Squad. Never had an issue that wasn't caused by my own poor/lack of paperwork and even those issues were fixed immediately.Thank you James for running such a smooth operation.
