No tracking information on what apparently" has been shipped.The order was a birthday gift... didn't arrive at all ... a week later even after paying for expedited shipping.I've asked my credit card company for a refund.I'd never buy from this shop again. Purchased the last 6 x bottles of Glenmorangie tale of a cake they had in stock at $250 per bottle. They charged by credit card and I received an email giving me an estimated delivery date. The next day they cancelled my order for no reason and then relisted the same 6 bottles at $500 per bottle....CANT BELIEVE THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS!!!I put in a complaint however they made up excuses saying the price error was a technical glitch....what a scam!NEVER DEALING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AGAIN!!!! Stay clear!!!

Paid $350 for a Johnnie Walker special edition, a few days later the order was cancelled for no reason, now I see it's $500. No shame? All means necessary for more profit eh? Will report to ACCC.

I was extremely hesitant to order after reading the negative reviews so I decided to contact the business directly rather than taking my chances online. I also had an added urgency to my request.I was called back within half an hour of leaving a message. After expressing my concern to the staff member I also mentioned I needed the item within two days. I had seen the price advertised at a slight discount elsewhere (a broker style website that sourced the product from My Liquor Online) and this was immediately matched.Paid, I then received a receipt, tracking number and email of thanks.My item has just arrived within 24 hours, brilliantly packaged to avoid any chance of damage.Overall I have had a very positive and professional experience with My Liquor Online and can only highly recommend their services.I hope they extend this same experience to others.Thankyou Ash

20 days and my Order never arrived, still waiting for my refund a week later. Useless cùñts!

Contacted after my purchase to be advised out of stock. Agreed to an alternative bottle. Bottle arrived dated JAN 21 and marked with tears. Seems l was sold old stock over 2 years old. Nothing but dramas to sort out a refunded. Expected to pay return postage and advised damage packaging is normal. Had to contact paypal. Hopefully get the problem sorted. Disappointed and disgusted in the lack customer service's.
