We built our new home with Jandson Homes and we had a positive experience overall.Julie at the Edmondson Park sales office looked after us right from the start and made sure she understood what we were looking for. She made us comfortable during the whole sales and design process and addressed all the questions and concerns we had. She would call us even during the construction stage just to check if everything is fine and would always offer assistance if needed.Denise took over when construction commenced. She was very nice to talk to, very positive and always willing to help. She always keeps us updated with the progress of the construction. She listens carefully to our concerns and acts on them quickly.Julie and Denise gave us excellent customer service experience which we never had with other builders that we worked with in the past. They are very passionate with what they do and it reflects on the quality of service they provide to customers.Everything was great except for the site supervisor who was very unprofessional and thinks that we are nitpicking during the PCI when the defects were very obvious. We had to escalate the issues with the construction manager who acted quickly to fix the defects.

We signed up the House and Land package in Austral with Jandson Homes Real Estate. Julie Hoang is the sales agent. She is very active, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us and understood our needs. She provided us valuable advice on design of the house and on how better utilize the space. She has a good understanding of house design as well. We are so happy of her service. She is highly recommended!!!

The journey of searching for a house started right when we met Julie of Jandson Homes. Her beaming smile greeted us so warmly that we felt comfortable and settled quickly for a chat in the office. As we engaged further into our conversations she became more friendly and helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our first property. She gave us time to make the wise decision without pressure finalise the process. She was honest and understands our situation and took us to every step in making our dream a reality. A very approachable person who accommodates all our queries and responds in a timely manner and trying to reach out beyond office hours. We wish her more power and success with her future customers. We have a very positive experience of having built our house with Jandson Homes seven years ago. We had already had discussions with two other project home companies before coming across Jandsons. It soon became clear that our experience with Jandsons was going to be quite different and much more positive. Because we were residing overseas during the design and planning process, it was time-consuming on both sides. However, Pat Sullivan and Scott Forrester, the two main people with whom we had dealings, were consistently friendly, efficient and patient, getting back to us promptly with the initial drawings, re-drawings and so on, and taking on extended discussion sessions using Skype video. We asked for significant changes to the standard design to suit the site and our particular needs, and Pat and Scott willingly accommodated all our requests. When we got to the actual building stage, Jandson Homes managed the building efficiently and in a timely fashion. We also gained a lot from Pat’s assistance with the colour scheme and other details, and through her making sure we had good advice on insulation and climate-proofing issues.We feel we were really fortunate to find Jandson Homes, and we are very happy with both the final design and the quality of the building work. We moved into the house in November 2015 and are very appreciative of Jandson Homes for going so far out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted and for ensuring the success of the project. We are particularly grateful to Pat and Scott for their ongoing cooperation and help throughout the whole process. A big thank you to the builders, supervisors and other workers who were involved as well!

Bought a land in austral in 2020 and currently construction is in progress... I was dealing with Julie and she has been extremely good with me & very responsive. She is extremely professional and always give great advices in regards to construction & designs. Because of her way of working i would highly recommend everyone to buy from Jandson homes... Thanks a lot Julie for making our life easier & hope to see our house coming out with excellent finishes ... I will upload the photo on this reviews once the construction is finished...

We put down a deposit for an off the plan house with Jandson Homes through Julie Hoang in July 2020, and got the keys in March 2021.There were some delays in completion, but Julie was very helpful throughout the whole process and was always reachable by phone, even on her days off.Julie (and the other lady at the Edmondson Park office) was very patient in our conversations, and understood our concerns as first home buyers - we felt that she actually cared about what we wanted, rather than wanting to just sell us something.The admin team at the head office were also very helpful (and flexible), and were especially patient when we were experiencing issues with the bank continually making errors.So far the house has been great, and the maintenance team have been responsive in performing repairs/touch ups on any minor defects that have been identified during the warranty" period.If there is a Jandson build that catches your eye

Bought a house and land package in Ed.Park recently from Julie (Jandson Home). Due to my first time purchase a house and land package, Julie has been extremely patience and professional. Julie gave a lot of good advices the pros and cons. She gave me ample time to make decision whether to purchase. She make the whole process very easy and smooth. Now I will wait for the construction to begin and hopefully the quality turns out well.
